Terms of Service for Mystery Art Transactions:

By submitting the form to request a mystery art piece, you agree to the following terms:

1. Requesting a Mystery Art Piece

   • To receive a mystery art piece, you must submit the designated form.

   • We will review your submission and confirm whether we can provide the artwork.

2. Payment Process

   • Once we confirm your request, we will send you a Cash App payment link.

   • You must complete the payment using the provided link.

3. Mystery Artwork Delivery

   • After receiving a valid Cash App payment, we will email you the digital artwork.

   • The artwork you receive is completely random—you cannot choose or preview it beforehand.

   • Once delivered, you cannot request changes or exchanges for a different piece.

   • Please ensure your email address is correct, as we are not responsible for delivery errors due to incorrect information.

4. No Refunds – Final Sale

   • All sales are final. There are NO refunds under any circumstances.

   • By submitting the form and making payment, you accept that the artwork you receive is final and you cannot request a refund or replacement.

5. Rights & Usage

   • You receive a non-exclusive, personal license to use the artwork.

   • The artwork remains the intellectual property of the creator and may not be reproduced, distributed, or modified for resale without explicit permission.

6. Changes to These Terms

   • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and updates will be posted accordingly. Continued use of our services after modifications implies acceptance of the revised terms.

By submitting the form and completing payment, you acknowledge and fully accept these Terms of Service.
